Have you tried saltine crackers? Another thing is peppermint candy or ginger ale(it's caffeine free). Also, are you able to eat? If so try eating small meals more frequently.

so do you think as long as I am able to keep food down that I will be ok, without drinking a lot of fluids....I used to be able to drink 64oz of a water a day but not now. LOL

you still need to try & drink some fluids, getting dehydrated during pregnancy isnt good. You have to keep hydrated. Try to at least drink some gingerale or something. It will settle your stomach a little bit. so will sprite if you prefer that. I know the thought of drinking something makes you feel sick but you need to try a little bit at least.

Popsicles are good for that because they seem more like food than drink, but they keep you hydrated. You can get frozen juice bars in the grocery store, probably it is best to stay away from the ones loaded with sugar. They also help keep you cool in the summer.
