Best morning sickness remedies

OK, super early, first symptom. Really more afternoon sickness headed into evening. Ugh, so nauseous trying crackers and sprite with not much relief. This is not conducive to my work schedule! Haha any tips and tricks would be great. (feeling sick now figured I'd see what you ladies had to say) :-)

I hate homemade ginger candies and peppermints. I lost like 10-15 pounds my first trimester into my second one because of morning sickness.

sea bands... they go on your wrists.. buy them at a pharmacy. They are made for sea sickness.. but they use pressure points to relieve nausea.

I was also extremely nauseated during my pregnancy. Hubby bought me preggy pops. Anytime I was on the edge of gagging I'd pop one in & feel better. They're really good
