strange craving??

I wasnt sure if this was the right place for this but I am wondering if this is normal.
I found myself craving smells today. Let me quickly explain. I, at one point, wanted to open DS eye glass cleaning pads to smell the alcohol and later I wanted to scrub my floors just so that my house would smell like pine cleaner. Now, I did refrain from doing either one but I feel like it is a very unusual thing. Should I be concerned even if I dont go sniffing the stuff I know I shouldnt?

i craved the smell of our laundry detergent   i walked around with a small bottle of it every day because of it. ppl looked at me all weird and stuff. my friend craved the scent of a certain kind of bar soap. it's not unusual pregnancy hormones make you do weird things. just keep your self from sniffin anything harmful find something else that tickles your fancy

thanks. I am really enjoying the smell of my DHs shower gel. I make him leave the door open when he gets out so I can smell it. I was really concerned today when I wanted to smell the chemicals. I actually have been using vinegar and baking soda to clean more because I was so sensitive to smells.

i had to do the same with cleaning supplies because EVERYTHING made me sick with my newest LO. I could smell the garbage a mile away and everybody else was like ummmm it was just changed I would gag and throw up every time. It sucked! so walking around with the laundry soap helped cuz that's all i could smell

omg, I know what you mean. I had to put a candle right next to my sink because even though we do not leave anything in the garbage disposal, I swear it stinks all the time. I pour lemon juice or vinegar down it and it helps but I still smell it. DH says its all in my nose. lol

yup DH and our roommate at the time told me the same thing. I got so mad I threw the garbage can outside and that's where it stayed lol.
