Well, a baby kicking you in the same spot a lot would hurt. I got like that with my first one. As long as it doesn't go on for more than a week like that I'd say its fine.

This happened with me as well. I was told that if your baby kicks or pushes really heard in the same spot then it can actually causing bruising on the inside muscles of your stomach. They also said hat it can be your ligaments stretching from your baby growing.
