Signs of labour is coming?

Hey, I'm 36 weeks pregnant on thursday and I am at risk of pre-term labour, anyway all night I have been having constant lower back pain and have been sick all the time and had diarrhea.. headache all day too my belly feels like aching and stuff. Has anyone experienced this and gone into labour? x

Sounds like it could be early labor signs. I would call your OB or midwife and let them know what is going on.
