Sharp Pain Near Top Of Uterus

30 weeks. I keep getting these sharp pains off and on cant really tell time between etc. I want to say they are there for about 5 mins and come back ever 10-15 minutes. The pain is right below my lungs/rib cage. Baby is still moving fine etc just squirming no kicking. I'm really nauseas too. Laying down. Changing positions helps for a Hirt time then the pains come back. My dr just keeps asking if it feels like menstrual cramps or contractions. I've never experienced either of the sort. So, help ?
Also since about 26 weeks I've been getting pain in my lower abdomen and back sharp and dull. And a tightness/pulling sensation in my belly button area. No certain time frame or anything though but does last for about 15 minutes to a couple of hours sometimes.
