I' feel so confused.

I apologize ahead of time if this is scrambled-

Last Wednesday night I started having light spotting, the following morning I began having heavier bleeding so I went to the er. They did my blood work and ultrasounds. During the ultrasound the tech shifted the screen so I wouldn't see it, I could tell something wasn't right and knew for sure when he said he would like to do a vaginal ultrasound and that it was a bit of a shot in the dark for him since he had no idea how far along I was supposed to be (I told him around 6-7 weeks) my hcg levels came back, 4,788 no baby in the uterus though. They planned on giving me methotrexate, but decided just to send me home and retest on Saturday. So I go on Saturday and my levels were now around 4500 so they sent me home and just told me there was nothing they could do and it'll pass on its own.

i have been consistently bleeding for the last five days bright red blood, but no clots and no cramping or real pain. A few hours ago I began getting a sharp pain on my left side that is shooting down my leg. My second visit to the er didn't mention the ectopic pregnancy, so I fear my Fallopian tube is rupturing, or is this the beginning of the hard part of a miscarriage, since so far it's basically felt like I'm on my period.

Once again sorry if this is scrambled, I'm honestly just need to talk to somebody. Anybody.

This early, it should feel like a period. I am not sure about the pain. If it was ectopic, you would know. They wouldn't have sent you home.

Could be sciatic nerve pain and completely unrelated.

By this "bleed too much" that means thru more than one pad per hour.

Yeah so far the bleeding hasn't been too horrible, and the pain minimal, except for the pain on my left side, which is still bearable. I just worry about the whole ectopic pregnancy since the er doctor came in and told me that's what it was and was ready to give me the injection, he said he wanted to call my ob from my last pregnancy (I didn't have one yet) and he told him to send me home. After that the er doc was pissy and I didn't speak to him anymore. Would a regular misscarriage be the same as an ectopic misscarriage? Ugh sorry. I hate that I am going through this. I hate being so out of control.

Ectopic pregnancies (even in m/c) aren't often let go without being monitored and properly handled. Why haven't you been in touch with your OB?

yep.
i bled through a pad within 10 mins by the time we got to the hospital i was sat in a puddle.
the miscarriage was before i got pregnant with LO and the pain was comparable to contractions but i was supposed to be 11 weeks and baby had died at almost 8 weeks.

When I left the er on Saturday they just said since my levels were going down to just go home and miscarry, but the longer it takes, the more I worry. I have my appointment scheduled for Wednesday but that was going to be my first appt with the pregnancy, I'm planning on calling in the morning because I hate how the er docs diagnosis was swept under the rug.

I have had 2 Ectopics. First one was treated with Methro. I had a second in June and my tube ruptured at 7 weeks exactly. I had no symptoms with the ruptured ectopic until it ruptured. Which was sudden onset of pain with minimal spotting the pain was unbearable and there a few times a almost passed out. Went to the ER 2 hours after the pain started and they immediately saw it on ultrasound along with fluid in my abdomen. If it was an Ectopic they would have seen it on ultrasound. I didn't have one sided pain my was my entire abdomen and up part of my rib cage
