hi, im 28 weeks an i have just gotten really bad heart burn, what can i do to ease the burn?

Zantac.....I have had horrible with both girls

ice cream helps some. And you can take prilosec (it helps...) Zantac is okay, too.

Tums, gum, candy to suck on, Zantac, milk

Tums is an awesome antiacid tablet you chew up, comes in all sorts of flavors. (they work WONDERS!!!!!   )
