Should i take him to the dr or just wait it out?

Basically ds (he is 4) has had a fever for about 4 days . He mostly complains about his head hurting and not wanting the lights on but when i give him tylenol he acts like his normal self besides not wanting to eat much and a runny nose. Over the weekend he did complain about his throat but hasn't since he came home Sunday afternoon.

should i take him to the dr tomorrow or just wait it out?

I'm having a similar issue, my 5 year old was sent home form school Thursday for a 100.8 fever. She was sick friday and Saturday then I thought she was better yesterday but she got sick again last night. She's been really sick today with 103.7 temp. I'm taking her tomorrow. When I give her medicine her temp goes down but she still acts sick though. What is his temp?

Yeah they hate it haha. I'm just wondering if it's similar to my daughter's where you think it's gone then it comes back. She has missed 2 days of school and has to miss tomorrow too

DS is almost 4 and had the same thing. He just go over it yesterday and has been fine since. If he gets any worse or doesn't get better by tomorrow night, take him in the next day.

The second day my sons were showing signs they didn't feel good, their temperature was 103 and 101.6 so we took them to the ER, (it was 7 p.m.) and they had a terrible ear infection. That night, with the proper medicine, they slept so well and weren't throwing up anymore. I believe it's always worth getting them seen especially if a little one is running a high temp, I just felt so bad for them and their temp was uncomfortably high for me.
