J is here! *pics & short labor story*

Friday at 9am I started having some contractions, around 1 they started to pick up and get kind of intense. I got DS packed up and headed to drop him off with grandma. Around 2:30-3 I get to the hospital, all checked in and up to my L&D room. I was dilated to 4cm. Midwife broke my water at 5pm, then of course the contractions got even worse. Not too long after I got ready to get into the water birthing tub.. I was in there for 20, maybe 30 minutes and I couldn't do it anymore. Something about being in the water, and how I couldn't get comfortable made me want out. So I got out, got to the bed, she checked me and I was already at 8. I said I felt pressure and like I was ready to push, she said I could start with small pushes.. I did that and 3 pushes later he was out, lol. I had to stop after the second push because his cord was wrapped around his neck, she got it off, one more long push and he was out. He was such a little baby. First LO was 8lbs 5oz so I was expecting another 8 pounder lol. But J came out weighing only 6lbs 10oz and 19in! He looks EXACTLY like his big brother so far. & He is such a great baby! His brother is also in love with him  

But enough talking, here is Jace Matthew, born March 1st 2013. 6lbs 10oz 19in!
