Toddler adjusting to new baby

posted 4th Mar
So I'm 11 weeks pregnant, and have been working on helping my daughter adjust to the idea of not being the only child. She will be 3 a few weeks before be new baby is due, and already is telling us she doesn't want a baby sister/brother. I babysat my friends baby for a few hours and the whole time she screamed "my mommy my mommy" and refused to let me put her down while I was trying to feed and change the baby. Ever since I've been trying to show her that a new baby wouldn't take away from her attention or love, but idk what else to do to try and help her adjust to the idea. Any ideas?

It's so hard! I've been trying to make her feel extra love to help her with the adjustment but she still is not ok with the idea of sharing mommy.
