Yeah, poor little thing, I was really hoping he'd pull through. That whole family, just gone...  

I saw the 911 call from where the old lady was refused CPR. I was amazed that someone would stand by and not save her! I also personally find it odd that the ladies daughter said she was happy with the medical attention her mother received. Even if my dad was on his deathbed I would not be ok if someone stood by and refused to give him CPR.

I totally disagree with you. Had she done it and the lady still died, she would've been held accountable for her death. I don't think the good samaritan law applies when they're directly told not to do something. Not only that, old people are more frail than we are. Without proper training, her ribs could've been broken and then a lung punctured. I think it was a lose/lose for the woman at that home.

I hope the home stands behind their employee. That woman probably feels horrible as it is, now the media is making her out to be some kind of murderer.

When they aired the 911 call she said she couldn't allow another patient to give CPR so she couldn't hand the phone over.

She's not a nurse. That section of the home was independent living.

They did. They said as always they would do an investigation but that the nurse followed their procedure. I don't think she is a murderer or anything, I just personally couldn't stand by and not give CPR or not find someone willing to administer it.

How sad the little 12 year old boy that died from a fight at school, if i were the parents i would be pissed at the School administrators.
