Help!

Hi I had my son February 2010. 6 weeks after I had him I got Mirena.

Everything was fine until about a year ago. I started having horrible pains in my lower stomach. I went in and had a cat scan done but they couldn't find anything wrong. These pains come about every 3 weeks and last about an hr then they will just stop. My insurance ended after I had my cat scan so I have not been able to be seen by a gyno. I just got insurance today and it is going in effect the 18th of this month. I made an appt. with my gyno for the 29th of march.
Last night, I notcied if I squezzed my nipples clear discharge would come out. I am def. not pregnant. Has anyone had this happen to them? I really need some info. on what this could mean until I go in for my appt. thank you for reading!

I have no advice as far as the mirena goes. But I can still squeeze little bits of milk/colostrum out of my breasts and I haven't breastfed in well over a year.
