I still feel fat.

I gained 50 pounds when pregnant with Ben. I have lost 45. I am 5'3" 120 pounds. I still do not fit into my old pants. I had a c-section and my scar does not bother me at all. I just look at my body and I see fat. My but has always been big. My tummy still looks fat to me and my thighs look like blubber.

Why do I feel this way?

Sometimes you still see yourself the same way even if you lose a ton of weight. It is normal..you see yourself everyday. Your hips might be wider, so harder to get into the size you use to be.

Pregnancy changes your body entirely. Even though you've lost the majority of the weight you are proportioned differently now. Embrace it  

Because you just had a baby. At least you lost the weight, others are struggling.

Just because someone lost most of the weight, doesn't mean they aren't struggling. Why should she worry about others struggling? I have lost all the weight I gained with my second, and I'm still struggling with the way I look and working my ass off to change that.

Like others have said, pregnancy changes your body. Good for you for losing all that weight though mama! You should be proud!
