Tubal done a month ago and now I'm nausous

I had my tubes clamped and bands put on them in January to kill them off. My doctor said its almost Impossible to be come pregnant after your tubes die off. But this past week I have been horribly nausous at night only.. almost like morning sickness all over again. And my period is due march 7th.. During my tubal the doctor found that I have severe endometriosis and I'm curious if that could make me feel so bad? Tia!!
