Miscarriage :(

I think that I am for sure having a miscarriage. Last night I started having killer cramps that felt like my labor did. I started having brown bleeding and now it is bright red and I am passing clots and in a lot of pain. This pregnancy wasnt planned, but once I found out I was pregnant I was so excited. Now I am heartbroken and angry. Also should I be seen by the doctor to make sure I pass all of the pregnancy?

Oh I am SO sorry girl! Prayers and thinking of you. I'd get in touch with a doctor. Mine ended in an early miscarriage too, technically chemical pregnancy.

I'm so sorry mama   It is likely that you are miscarrying   Personally I would go to the doctor but not right away as long as the bleeding is manageable. If it doesn't seem excessive and you're not in too much pain I would stay home and try to ride it out. Most doctors will try to get you to have an immediate D&C whether it's really necessary or not and I am not a fan of the procedure. I am not a pushy pro-lifer or anything but one factor in my choosing to wait would be because I've known quite a few women who had heavy bleeding early in pregnancy and declined D&C's and a few weeks later realized they were still in fact pregnant and went on to have healthy babies. It's obviously not super common or anything but I know if I had a quick D&C I would always wonder "what if".

Just call a obgyn in the morning and make an appointment probably within the week.

Thanks everyone for all the replies. I am going to see the doctor tomorrow afternoon to make sure everything has passed (which I think it did). They said they are going to draw my HCG levels to make sure it has gone back down as well. I am so nervous about my appoinment.
