Insanity.

Has anyone done the 60 day challenge?

I watched the infomercial for it last night and am thinking about getting it for me and DH to do.

If you have tried it... Is it worth it? I already know it is going to be crazy hard but, I am up for the challenge.

I have insanity and love it. I need to start back up. I got extremely sick 2 weeks into and finally feel well enough to start it again.

On the infomercial some of the testimonials were from people who say that after they completed the 60 day challenge they loved it so much that they continued doing the work outs.

I need to tone my stomach flab and I want to see abs on DH!

I was doing insanity before I got pregnant again and it was great! I felt great while doing it (sore, but great) and had more energy...just don't weigh yourself. Use measurements instead because you'll put on muscle. For me, I was putting on weight, but losing inches.

What kind of results did you see after each week?

In the 2 weeks if going "balls to the walls" I could see my flab on my stomach tightening. I have the mommy droop and it was lookin better. I fit my pants better, my sides were slimming. I was feeling awesome.

It is so worth it and it kicks your butt!

I am going to look into getting it. I would love to say good bye to my muffin top, my jiggly thighs, and my size 11 pants.

My dh has been doing it and following the nutrition plan and he has lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks!
