websites that give a US address..??

Ive heard that there are websites that I can get a US address "pretend" and if I want to buy something off a website that doesn't ship to Canada they can send it to this given address - then they can send it to me.
Anyone know of any or what they are actually called?

Thanks! grr sometimes I hate online shopping and just wished I lived in the US! I'm considering driving over the border to WA but not sure which would be cheaper/faster. Thanks ladies!

I'm considering it! About 11 hours from me I think... I'm wanting to get a bed for my daughter and they don't ship to Canada.
I've actually never been ANYWHERE in the US.. lol just down south/ Europe.
