re: D&D: WWYD if you were this mom.

I'm honestly not sure what DH and I would do in this situation. DD is 2, so we have some time before having to deal with a situation like this. However, I like the way the mom handled it. I'd like to think DH and I would do something similar to this.

This, although I hope I can raise my son to be straight forward with me about sex and relationships. I'd want to know he was safe and not trying to get a girl pregnant. If he were TRYING like that, I would make her take a test and if negative she'd get booted out the door and he'd be grounded for trying to mess up his life like that. He'd have alot to prove to me before he'd be allowed to date again. If the test was positive, I like to think I'd handle it like that mom but I probably flip out first lol.

The mum has handled it really well. I would do the same thing. I would be annoyed/upset but I could not just magic up a wand and make her not pregnant, so I would try and help them go in the right direction to be able to bring up and support their child!

I think this can really backfire. If they really wanted to be with each other they may just find a way!

Right. It would be a very tough situation to deal with for sure.

I agree! I really hope I don't have to deal with this when they hit their teens!
