help me decide.

im making a blanket out of squares like these. black and white some black on the inside and white on the outside and some white on the inside and black on the outside. should i have a 3rd combo or a color to connect all of them or just use black or white?

what color? i was wanting to keep it unisex incase it turned out really well then i can sell it. i saw one blanket that did normal ganny squares of color around a block of 4 squares with balls.

i have turquoise. this blanket is great for using up spare yarn. would i do turquoise plain granny squares or alternate with white then some with black on the outside?
or have it on the outside of the black and white circles?

i have dark purple. hmmm i could make dark purple and green ones like a dino blanket but that would make it all boy. oh i dont know lol
