13mo with stomach virus

It's official   My bug has a bug. He threw up close to a dozen times yesterday. Diarrhea as well. The vomiting stopped before bedtime last night but the diarrhea continues as well as a low fever.

Im giving him pedialite and water. I don't think he peed all night. I'm terrified he is going to get dehydrated.

Other then pushing fluids and Tylenol, what else can I do for him, if anything? We have never dealt with this kind of sickness before  

Also should he be eating any solids and when can I give him milk again?

If he's keeping liquids down I'd try the BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Those things are gentle.

dd had this last week. she puked for about 6 hours then had the craps for another day. i gave her crackers and watered down gateraid. we had it in the house since so had it a couple days b4. once she held that down i let her have her buddy fruits which are pouches with banana blends with other fruit. when she did well with that i let her have some cereal and other cracker like snacks. she had a meat adversion for a few days though.

dd's poop burnt the hell out of her thighs though. scared us for a bit she exploded out a few times out of her diaper. putting a cool hair dryer on it b4 cream really cleaned it up though.
