Yes. I dont know if it's normally like that, but both of these kids have at least a half inch of skin hanging off the end. It makes wiping a little more invasive. Lol. Do they just grow into it? Sorry, I honestly dont know because it's not very common here to see.

Mine are uncircumcised and there isn't much hanging off lol but they are the only uncut kids I've ever seen so I wouldn't know how much is normal

Mine youngest's hangs off a bit, but nothing gets in there.

Mine have never had anything in there either... But my younger boy did recently realize he can pull it back and is totally convinced there is a booger in there.

It's normal. You should never ever pull it back unless it goes back naturally, it can cause serious problems. Clean it like you'd clean a finger.

I was just curious because it seemed to me like a lot of extra skin.
