They will want to monitor your HCG and possibly your progesterone. Honestly, I wouldn't rush to the ER unless the bleeding gets really bad. Just call your OB (if you have one) on Monday. Some women spot during pregnancy. It may be perfectly normal.

That can sometimes irritate your cervix causing it to bleed.
