Cheap flooring? Please Help!

So I need 250 feet of some sort of Cheap flooring to cover a cement floor.
I saw a deal where you could get flooring for around $100, but by the time I got the money I needed I couldn't find it anymore.
My fiance tells me $250 for SLÄTTEN Laminated flooring from IKEA is the best deal I can hope for.
Is this true? is there really no other option? Anyone know where I can get something for even a little less than $250?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's cheap. A dollar a sq ft. Call liquidators around your area but 250 isn't a bad price.

go to home depot and buy laminate tiles....it's like $30 a box of 45 tiles...we just did our entire kitchen for about $100

It's not so much that I only have $250,.
I got a $500 check that I was hoping to fix it up with and also buy a few things for baby.
but if it's a good price, it's a good price. I'm ignorant about that kind of stuff so I wasn't sure.

It's 79 a SQF I think it comes to $250 with tax and stuff.
I just wanted to be sure it was the best deal possible.

Does it include installation? Or are you planning to install yourself?

My fiance is instaling it. It's pre engineered. Clicks together.

lol we all have our weaknesses.
My fiance is good with children, fixing things, and cooking. and not so good at legible handwriting, spelling, and he has this weird thing where sometimes someone will ask him a question and he thinks stuff in his head in reply that he will insist he said out loud but he actually didn't.

It looked amazing after we were done but it took my uncle (who is a carpenter), dad (who is a jack of all trades) and my husband a whole weekend to do two rooms cussing the whole time. It's doable for sure but not as easy as it looks.
