can I drink an energy drink while bf

I dont know your answer, but dont need to pump and dump, wait it out if you need to. same with drinking alcohol, dont pump and dump.

i drank some while bf my oldest a while ago. BIG mistake. he fought his sleep till like 3 am. poor thing was so tired but the energy drink wouldn't let him sleep.

Maybe ill pump and freeze it make sure I write DAYCARE on it.. or if im mad at DH.. LOL
