use an eggwhite mask...it's literally eggwhites a little bit of water and just rub it on your face...once it's dry wash it off and your face should feel pretty amazing and it will help clear your face up if you do it once a week..

Use witch hazel. And scrubbing your face daily isn't good momma it's getting rid of all the good oils. It can cause more breakouts

I don't know about the proactiv question, but washing your face too much can make it worse. I would just start washing your face at night only. Also drink lots of water and stay away from as much "garbage" food as possible. Good luck.

I think proactive is one of those things you have to continue using or your skin will become worse. I couldn't use it at all. I have really sensitive skin. But anyways, that may be why your skin is breaking out. I use Dove: Sensitive Skin body bar & it helps so much.

The apricot scrub is very abrasive and can actually damage your skin. You don't need to use that daily.

I just rinse my face with water and I rarely get breakouts.

Use the witch hazel isn't a natural astringent. I use it pregnant or not and have good skin. It is gentle. Your regimen right now is super harsh

you can use your proactive if the salic acid and the benzoyl peroxide is below a certain percent, which i'm wanting to say is like 5%, not to mention that is more for something that you leave on your skin for a period of time not something you rinse off pretty quickly.

But I will say this, I had HORRID back acne the entire time I was pregnant and for a good 3 months after I was pregnant, and when I went to use proactive my skin had a re-action and it got really red and hot to the touch.

How do you use it? I've never even bought witch hazel before so I don't even know how it comes. I'd love something more natural.

Use tea tree oil, mix it with distilled water 1% tea tree 99% water and spray it, and use gentle soap like dove and dont scrub your face.

Witch hazel or not, you should try to change what you are currently doing. Deal with the breakouts/oil for the time being, because in the long run it will be worth it and your skin won't do that anymore. I used to wash my hair every day, and it would get greasy the very next day. When I switched to washing every other day, my hair would get super greasy that day of not washing, but now my hair is used to it and looks and feels 200x better than it did when I was washing every day. Sorry just trying to give you an example.
