Circumcision VS Ear piercing.

I personally dont think there is even a valid argument here in comparison of the two, but i see it OFTEN.
Please research how many babies die a year because of ear piercing and then how many little boys a year die from circumcision.
Then you come back and try to argue with me about how they are the same thing.
I do understand the whole altering your child before they have a say but come on a couple diamonds compared to penis alteration... I think you all know what I am getting at here.
I dont give two smurfs if you want to Circumcise your kid. OR pierce YOUR kids ears. I do however care if you are uneducated about both of these subjects.

i personally have no opinion because what i choose to do with my son or daughter is not anyone elses decision, and same with what anyone else does with their child. and i dont really care whatever their reason to do whatever is

I agree if the kid doesnt like their ears pierced they can take them out. Boys can't regrow foreskin.

More often then you think, It is SO easy for them to bleed out, They are in a diaper which makes it really really easy to over look how much blood they are really losing OR infection

My daughter has her ears pierced and my son is circumcised. Both are perfect, have never had an infection and healed properly. Honestly I don't understand why people have an opinion on what I chose to do for my children.

They both cause pain.
Both have a risk of infection.
Both permanently alter your child's apperance.
Both are done without a child'a consent.
There are some similarities.

My daughter's pierced ears and my son's circumcised penis is really no ones business. I find it a little creepy when people are so passionate about penises.

I had LO circ'ed and regret it. I would not choose it again and I wouldn't get my LO's ears pierced either.

i mean heck there are some cultures that dont circumcise til the boy reaches 10+ to symbolize going into adult hood.. and they literally just take him into the woods and do it... and i highly dont they are going to give a smurf about what anyone else thinks
