stopping co sleeping. time for her own bed.

SO and I move house this week. Currently our LO co sleeps with us. She is 18 months. I've absolutely loved co sleeping. I just think id like her in her own bed in her own room in the new house.
Any tips on getting your baby to sleep happy and stay in their bed after co sleeping?
I usually get into bed with her and wait till she falls asleep before I go back downstairs every night. Should I do this in the toddler bed? Advice please x

I got our son used to falling asleep without me being there first. Then transferred him to his own bed once he had gotten used to falling asleep alone.

Yes, that's a good idea worth trying.

the only advice i have is to remember that she Will be affected by the move so i wouldn't try it until she's settled in the New house.
also, get her excited about it, can you take her to choose her bed and bedding?
