I did not say that. I said it would've helped ME educate myself on all of my options.

Oh ouch! Yeah he's not going to break my water unless I don't progress on my own, which I am praying that I will because I do not want that. He also told me that waiting to an epidural can help you progress faster too so I knew that one!   Makes me feel a little smarter lol

Making a birth plan has helped me do more research on things, plus having my mom, who's a medical assistant and had 7 kids, has helped too lol

Oh yeah I bet! I had no one to really talk to about anything and just went along with what my friends did. Now I am much more prepared having gone through it all once before and going through nursing school! You live and you learn lol I just wish I learned before we had our son

Lol thankfully my mom has learned 7 different times, but I know it's different for everyone. She was never able to go into labor and had all 7 of us by c section so that part she's not all sure about lol
