Not the what I see for NM. It says follow manufactures requirements and the booster I have seen is a high back no harness booster

I am not understanding your reason for this link.

I know boosters exist with a harness. Never said they didn't.

Yes- meaning if in my state you go to Walmart and see that this specific seat says 30lbs and 3 ft- it is a go. And this specific booster is not a harness.

don't get all snappy because you chose to write something all vague and I am supposed to apparently be a mind reader. Realize that it was obviously a mis-understanding and let it go.

I am not snippy, I am having a discussion. You assumed I didn't know so I offered an explanation. Simple as that

DD meats the requirements for a highback booster without the 5 point harness, BUT IMO she is just too tiny to be without the 5 point harness. Plus she doesn't sit still enough to be in a seat belt only. I will be keeping her in the 5 point harness for as long as possible, even if it is a pain in the ass to get her in and out. I would much rather her be safe than her be able to get in and out on her own.
