help!

My 3 year old has been sick the past few days. She just woke up crying so I went to her room and her whole body is very hot and she was shaking and had a fast heart rate. I gave her children's tylenol and a sippy of water and now she's in bed with me, but the whole time she was saying "help me!" Should I take her in, or does she just have a common sickness? If anything I might rake her to the doctor tomorrow

How high is her fever

if she has a fever over 103.. he definitely needs to be seen!!!
