False labor? Can't sleep through contractions..

I can't sleep through them but they're not getting stronger or closer together either.   Been going on since 9 pm.

8-10 min and like a 4-5 depending on if I'm upright or laying down. :-/

I'd call l&d n ask them. It could be early labor, but then again could be nothing.

I'm having a home birth so no hospital..but it was false labor anyway. Lasted 6 hours. :-/
