It should get a little better after another month   I know that's a long time! I felt that way my whole first trimester and part of my second trimester with baby number 2. I thought I'd sleep my entire pregnancy! No energy, upset tummy, felt sick when I stood up...then about week 15 it started to get better. I've heard that's pretty standard   good luck!

I was like that my entire pregnancy. Hopefully it will subside in a few weeks for you. maybe talk to your doctor and see if there is something they can give you for it.

Honestly mint tic tacs work well.... also ask for meds from your doctor.... that helps, but I mostly lived on frozen pops... and tic tacs the minty kind, otherwise I would dry heave if I smelled certain things like the bathroom was the worse for me, all those soaps... it was awful trying to take a bath.... I also heard Unisom and b6 together work well for morning sickness.
