I need a foot job!

So all my life I have had the worst feet! I have always been clumsy, twisting my ankles breaking bones.
My left foot has RSD(Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) which is basically nerve damage. Which came from who knows what- I did break my big toe at the growth plate in 4th grade but geez i'm almost 21 now.
-got diagnosed with RSD in 2006 i believe and was on and off crutches till about 2007 (flares up mostly in the cold weather.)
-2010 popped a bone out of place and tore a ligament
-2011 tore another ligament
my foot is smurfed!!
so now for the past 6+ months ive had this knot on my foot it looks like a bone sticking out it started out small, didnt pay much attention to it but it had begin to hurt and get bigger lately
- went to doctor on monday I have a GANGLION CYST on the top on my foot- im so disgusted by it   my foot looks deformed and nasty( i might be exagerating a lil but its no good)
anyone else ever have one and how did u get rid of it??

I don' have any of hat but it sounds awful   I hope everything heals up and feels better soon.

The worst thing that's happened to my foot was getting stuck in the spokes of a bike while I was riding on the handlebar. It doesn't seem so bad anymore...

My step mother's sister had one of those on the side of her foot. She got surgery to remove it.
