Need some Advice

posted 1st Mar
My LO is 10 months old and for the last week or so she has had red raw private parts, not the inside but the outside like her urine is burning her, she drinks so much water, and when i changed her the other day and she weed it was totally clear so im not sure if it is that, i having been changing her more regularly because i thought she was in a wet nappy for too long but its still there, i use sudo cream and sometimes it looks better then it looks bad again, any advice on what it could be or anything to help clear it up?

About bedtime, I would but DD in the bath and then when I got her out i put some baby powder on her and let her sit in a towel but made sure she was warm to dry it out. Maybe that would work for you too. She is 11 months old.

Why is she drinking so much water? I've never heard of a 10 month old needing water at all.....

Because she loves it and when they have formula they should have water through out the day too, every time she has solids she has some water

Actually they dont need water. A cup here and there is fine but they should still be primarily drinking formula.

That's what I've always been told by the doctor. Especially with formula because it's made with water.
