Does it look like he will have my chin?

In one of the u/s I had it looked like his chin would look like mine. I don't know the technical term for it, but here is a picture of a chin off google that looks like mine. I know it's nicknamed "butt chin" but I don't know the true term.



Here is the u/s photo I am referring to. I know if you zoom in you can see it.
It does look like he has the same kind as me but does it look like he has a chin similar to the picture above?? His daddy's chin is not the same by any means so I am almost certain it will be like mine.

It's a cleft chin, and it's really hard to tell in ultrasounds, and even in infants, sometimes.

I see it, but you never know

I guess I've been studying it so much and I swear it really looks like it, my sister said it does, but I can't tell if I am imagining it or something lol. And I thought sooo lol, I couldn't remember lol.

Haha yeah I guess I won't know until he is here, but I thought it looked like it, I got it from both my parents I believe so I am not sure. Ive heard if one parent has it then the child will...I don't know if that is true or not but I guess we shall see lol.

It is a cleft chin and my DS has one. I use to hate them until he was born with one now it is my favorite thing ever.  He also has dimples

Most likely! And in my family I think our appearances come from our dad's, but the shapes and sizes of everything come from the mom

I do hope dimples are genetic because SO has one and I have one so hopefully he will have one   ours are on our cheeks lol! I think it will be simply adorable, and I used to hate and cry about mine until I realized it wasn't as bad I thought lol.

I have a cleft chin, so does my BD, and so does our son. you never can tell with genetics. especially not from an ultrasound lol.

It looks like it to me, but I imagine it is a little difficult to tell by U/S alone.
