Subsequent births with Pitocin?

So with all three of my deliveries I ended up needing pitocin. With my first delivery my labor all of a sudden stopped when I was nearly 9cm dilated and it wasn't starting back up. They induced the labor to get it going again.

With my second delivery my water broke at 37 weeks and I did not go into labor, so they induced me with pitocin after waiting 6 hours to see if my labor would start on it's own... and it hadn't.

With my last delivery it was hell. Again, my water broke at 37 weeks and I had to be induced... but this time my body wasn't responding to the pitocin well. My contractions would start up and within minutes of starting up, they would die off completely. 30 hours into labor I FINALLY started having regular contractions and made quick progression but the nurse had mentioned that what was happening was that my body was probably used to pitocin and that's why it wasn't responding well. This was a big problem because since my water was broken so long I ended up with a massive infection. It was really scary.

Which leads me to my question.... since this happened last time, if I need to be induced again is it more than likely that my body will not take to the pitocin? I'm expecting my water to break without labor again considering it happened the last two times. I really hope it doesn't, but I want to prepare myself for that.

My mom had that same thing happen with her first (me) so I'm not entirely convinced about what your nurse stated about you being used to the pitocin. Anyway she had two deliveries like that where it didn't kick in for the longest time and then with her last two, also induced with Pitocin, they took to it right away and it went like wildfire.
