Help! WWYD!?

My daughter is 16 months old. She was diagnosed with pneumonia 3 weeks ago. She seemed to be getting better but a few days ago the cough came back and she also had a fever. I took her to her pedi and she sent us to the hospital for another chest xray. They said the pneumonia is gone but countinue to give her the amoxicilin for 10 days. She is on day 4 and its not much better, what really concerns me is she isnt eating or drinking. I've tried water, juice, milk, chocolate milk. she wont drink anything. The last time she had a wet diaper is when i changed her thismorning around 7:30,its 8:20 pm now. She has pooped but hasnt peed. WWYD?

Take her in. You don't want her getting dehydrated and if she hasn't had a wet diaper in 12 hours, she's headed that way.

Have you tried Popsicles? Jello? Letting her suck on ice? Stuff like that? She's definitely getting dehydrated which is pretty dangerous for her. At this point if she won't take ANYTHING to rehydrat herself, she really needs to go in and probably get some IV fluids.

The pedi said she didnt look dehydrated and to just keep trying to get her to drink anything. After we left the doctor we went out to lunch and she started drinking and eating. She seems to be feeling better.
