I say just take a deep breath. Pregnancy is bitter sweet and men don't understand what we go through. I don't use medication for headaches or for anything besides my vertigo. Try squeezing between your pointer and thumb. You will feel it down your arm if your squeezing hard enough. Hold it there until your headache subsides. Works for me and good luck to you  

i always take a bath when i have headaches. it helps me .. maybe itll help you

i am shocked your ob hasn't had you come in yet. that coulld mean your pressure is up. They can give you something for your headache. when I got induced last week they gave me something called firorcet. (sp?) but my fiance says eat something take a tylenol and drink some caffine. it should help.

At major pharmacys ( I go to CVS) they have gel masks you put in the freezer and rest on your face, only think I use during pregnancy. Candied ginger can help with nausea, bite it and stick it b/w your cheek and gums like chewing tobacco and let it dissolve ( it's very powerful and kind of bitter just to eat). You shod have your BP checked tho. Good luck hope you get some relief I'm a cronic migrain sufferer and pregnancy is especially hard.

he ended up waking up and he massaged my back...ended up being a massive knot in my shoulder blade..he massaged it so deeply that although the headache is almost completely gone I now can feel my muscle bruising....thanks for reading and letting me vent.
