Best nasal decongestant for me?

I have been using the sprays but it had been three days and I don't want any rebound congestion. So now that is out of the question.

I tried steam and that clears it out for like 5 minutes and I am back to backed up, And about a half hour after using Dayquill sinus I see releif for like 15 minutes and that is it. Ugh.

I am on day 5 of being stuffed up and going nuts.

Do you have a humidifier? Use it if you do. Especially at night!

Sudafed never helps me...but that's just me.
I use menthol everything! I have a little nightlight thing that has little menthol pads to put on it that make the entire room smell like it, and that helps...vicks helps...and I use my son's menthol Johnson's & Johnson's baby bath in the tub and it helps a lot too.
Menthol is amazing and it clears my nose when nothing else will.

I use my Nedimed. I am congested when I wake up and after it, I am good all day and all night.

Neti pot! I'm going to go use mine right now.....

The steam is a good way to start, but then it's actually pouring salt water through one nostril till it flows out through the other nostril, rinsing out all of the crap in there. I just used it the first time this week!

No it's a weird blue tiny tea pot looking thing where you put saline solution and warm water, then you shove it up your nose and pour it through your nasal cavities till it pours out the other nostril.

Only thing that works for me is Flonase and Afrin. All the decon pills make me sick as heck  

Well I am going to get some benadryl for sleep tonight, but I will check out the neti pot I guess, I know I saw them at walmart!

I don't think I have had a cold that was so focoused in my sinuses in years, so I have never had to use afrin for longer than three days.
