Used Medela?

I thought this was a good deal... and it appears in good condition.

What do you think about buying use breast pumps?...

Since you can wash it super good...I don't see a problem with it honestly. I was going to get my oldest sister's after I had my little guy, but she found out she was pregnant again and doesn't know if she wants to breastfeed or not.
I'm lucky and got my medela pump for free, it's a hand pump but oh well, from the hospital because I had to help my milk come in. I'd say go for it since medela pumps are awesome, but insanely expensive

I'm using my sister's old one. I just got new stuff for it. *shrugs* I don't see an issue.

Id use one.... Just boil all you can and buy new tubing.... not that nasty, I mean really...

I'd feel safer and cleaner buying a new one. But thats just me.

I told my hospital mine was used and they gave me all the tubing and accessories for it. I mean... you're buying a suction machine without the stuff for it.... the breast/breast milk never touches that part... lol.

I figured the most expensive part was just the machine lol and I mean... that never touches anything.
and if I could get the machine for 75 bucks... I am down rather than paying 299 or 399

I say go for it! And hold off on buying anything for it... Your hospital might give you stuff!

Oh yeah I planned on it, I mean I only wanted a pump for emergencies and to have a some for storage for if I have to leave or want to go out for a bit.
I didn't plan on going away from new baby for at least 2 months so I have plenty of time to get that together but I didn't want to pass up a good deal if it was one.

For sure. I've been pumping twice a day... It's nice to have some back up and for DH to be able to take a night time feeding so I can sleep!

Bought mine used, all the parts are replaceable, works great.

I sold mine to a mom from the local babywearing group.
She just needed to get new tubing and all than.
