HELP!

Okay so I'm 3 months pp...and I lost about 30lbs (lost about 15 right after he was born)...but I know I'm still overweight. I gained a lot of weight at the end of my pregnancy, and I want to get back to what I was about a year and a half ago.
Only one problem...I've never been good at exercising. I hate it I find it boring, and now that I have little man, I don't know where to fit in it at. I want to spend time with him when he's awake, and have other things to do when he's asleep.
Sooo...any ideas on how I can start losing more weight, but still spend time with my Buggy? I breastfeed, so it has to be okay for me to continue to do that too.

And just cuz I love showing him off...heres a picture of the Buggy

I know you say you don't like exercising but have you tried going for walks? How about just walking the mall? Are you eating healthy?

I walk about 1 1/2 every other day or so...we don't have a car and we end up having to go to walmart frequently lol I walk a bunch, but it doesn't seem to help any. And I've always eaten healthy, it's honestly the only way my mom taught me how to cook and I can't have a lot of fat because it makes me sick (no gallbladder).
I do have a weakness for Sprite, but usually I drink tea, water or juice :/

Maybe you can put him in a stroller and go for walks. As long as the weather is nice. Another thing I did was put on some music and just dance with baby.. My daughter loves it still. If you aren't too tired you can try doing situps/crunches during tv commercials. Gives you mini workouts that add up over time.

He loves going for walks...and we do that a lot, it's just a little difficult because of where we live. I love Western Washington, but it's not exactly baby friendly...it's always pouring and cold here :/ Thankfully he doesn't mind the cold too much.
I may have to try the situps/crunches thing...it's been awhile since I've done those...

First thing in the morning he wakes up...he's my alarm clock. lol His daddy and I stay awake for about an hour or two after he goes to bed to spend some time together (SO works 2 jobs, so we don't see each other much) and Bug wakes up about 7-8am, after I've slept anywhere from 6-8 hours

I know what you mean with the whole staying up to spend time with SO. maybe during the day you can do a 30 minute workout with a DVD?
just put something else on hold for a while.

Honestly...I have no idea what workout DVD's would actually help...which is why I keep putting off buying one. I don't know what one would be easy enough that I actually do it, but actually help me lose the weight too...bleh

Hmmm...I may have to try it. Do you have an idea how much it costs? I don't have a whole lot of money to spend on it, but I can probably convince my SO to let me get one if it's not crazy expensive.

I paid ten bucks for mine at target! When I was doing it. It worked tremendously!!!
