getting the hang of this eating thing.

I think I have finally got the hang of the whole eating thing.
this morning I cooked up 4 eggs and ate half of them when I woke up and the other half for my midmorning snack. and for lunch I made a tortilla pizza with cheese and sliced ham I had half of that for lunch and the other half for my after workout meal.

So far I have totalled 14 points.
I have 12 left.

I plan on not eating my workout points, I will if I have to, but I will eat a lot of zero points such as fruits and veggies and the odd banana with peanut butter.

if you don't know---I am doing weight watchers..

Ive heard alot of good things about weight watchers. I need to lose atleast 30 lbs. How much does weight watchers cost?

it is usually 17/week
I'm just doing it on my own. I have their weight watchers calculator to keep track of the points everyday.
