I think I have finally got the hang of the whole eating thing.
this morning I cooked up 4 eggs and ate half of them when I woke up and the other half for my midmorning snack. and for lunch I made a tortilla pizza with cheese and sliced ham I had half of that for lunch and the other half for my after workout meal.
So far I have totalled 14 points.
I have 12 left.
I plan on not eating my workout points, I will if I have to, but I will eat a lot of zero points such as fruits and veggies and the odd banana with peanut butter.
