I did read the whole thing, because it was like reading about so's fam. I used to love mil bc. I was 20 when I had my first, and she would babysit and we were always with them, now all I ever hear is how dd is just like her nana, same sense of humor, same personality, looks just like her.. barf!!!!!! With my second, I distanced myself a lot because she really pissed me off (I made a post about it) so wanted to move to florida a few years back and I didn't want to leave family, but I've been considering it, to get away from them, and she said if we went, she would go!!! Smuuuurfrfrf that!!!!!!!!

I have that prob with my hubby's grandmother, we live in her finished basement. I think in-laws love to push buttons, just because we are the black sheep so to speak. I got that a lot when my son was born and yes he does look just like his dad, but its not like I had to be told lol, so when I had my daughter (which looks exactly like me) hubbys grandmother stuck her nose up at her and treats her like she isn't as important as my son. Its very annoying and infuriating to say the least, but I finally stood up for myself and told her that what she was doing was hurting me, and I would leave and go to my parents if things didn't change. I have lived with her for almost 7 yrs now, and it has gotten better, but yes there will always be annoyances, so best thing to do it laugh it off and ignore it. gl hun.

UGH! And he just spent like an hour holding my son and talking about "it's good when M is home because he needs the stimulation that he doesn't get when M is at work". Are you smurfing kidding me?! He goes on and on about how DS must miss SO etc, and they way he talks you'd think I just leave DS alone in his crib all day!!
I want to smurfing move. I'm sick of hearing this smurf every god damned day. And I'm sick of him constantly giving SO weed when he's trying to give up. Gah!!!!!!!!
