Dinner! Dinner! Dinner!

Tonight on the menu is spaghetti bolognese.

This time I'm making it with, sauce, lots of garlic and ginger, S&P, chopped carrots, capsicum and potatoes, and herbs - coriander, parsley, teraqon, basil, thyme, oregano and a couple cinnamon sticks.

Mmm it smells sooo good.

Can't wait for it to be done.


What have you had or are having?

rotiserrie chicken, baked potatos and red velvet cake...YUMM

Chicken noodle soup and tuna fish sandwich.

Chicken Enchiladas with a homemade white sauce with green chiles. There weren't any leftovers! Was my first time making it   DH is a chef so I don't get many chances to cook and try new things.

We had angus burgers. Rory and I had onions, lettuce and tomatoes on ours with cheddar cheese melted on, and french fries  

We made Breakfast for dinner. It's a Thursday night tradition. We had fried eggs, sausage, toast and fruit. Yummy  

I made fajitas

No but he ate like 95% of a 1/3lb burger with fixing on his own!

He is! He ate 1/4 of a 16" olive and mushroom pizza for dinner last night. Just to cap off a long list of other things he ate.

Yesterday we have Salmon with mash potato. The salmon was put in a cooking back with sauce and I added pea's and corn! Yum!

Tonight me and oh are going out to Nando's YUM!
