I have a son named Jayden a daughter named Piper and a daughter named Millie.
Would it be weird to name my next son/daughter
Hayden ?

I wouldnt do it myself. My kids accidentally have rhyming names though. My oldest son is Jimmy III, but he goes by J., then my younger son's name is Dreydon and he goes by Dre...so now I have a J. and Dre. lol
