i'm 19, and healthy but i cant keep a baby, everytime i end up pregnant i lose it to MC? help do i need to take more vitamins or something ?

You should go see an OB and get checked out. If you are trying to get pregnant you should be taking a daily prenatal.

It is very common for women to have mc. I had 3 before I ended up getting pregnant with DS, and I lost his twin.

Go to your OB and get checked out if you are worried, which I doubt anything would come of it.

As long as it has 400mcg of folic acid, it should be good. I am sorry for your losses, I really think seeing an OB would be a good idea, if you haven't seen one recently.

i seen one a month ago they said they cant find anything wrong

The thing is that it is not uncommon for a woman to have 3 m/c in her life time. They likely won't evaluate you for anything unless you lose more than that.

You are 19 so health and time are likely in your favor, planning a wedding and that comes with stress. Take a TTC break. Give your body time to recoup and try again later. Also, sometimes if you get pregnant right after a m/c you can repeat another m/c.
