I understand its under contract, but if someone is sick, they shouldn't be at work, they could get everyone else sick or cause more problems to their health. Some employers don't seem to think about that anymore. Heck, I basically got fired from my job bc I was pregnant, sick, and couldn't breathe bc there was no air flow and they hax me working in chemicals, knowing I was sick and couldn't breathe.
