Sleep problems.

ugh omg, I swear... last night was HORRIBLE!!! I couldn't sleep worth SNOT! I mean, seriously. I was up every 20 minutes... couldn't get comfortable. (and I'm only right at 22 weeks... smh) I've made it through most of the day, but I just can't make it any longer... I'm about to fall asleep sitting up. I'm actually so exhausted, I'm cramping. Baby is still super active today, but it is actually getting to the point it hurts when he moves, especially when he rolls and kicks me in the pelvis.   Why does it have to be so hard to sleep while pregnant?! -_- then my tooth is still nagging just a hair... and it's only when I eat, too.   then on top of that, I'm about to FREEZE to death right now. And every time my tummy cramps up, it gets really hard. (like I'm contracting, but I'm not...) I can't take much more of the little to no sleep.   And all my doctor tells me to do is take Tylenol PM. yeah, like that helps. :\ I hate being sleep deprived, and my DH not understanding why I'm so tired all the time. :\ -end rant-

Tylenol PM should help, unless your use to taking it to help you sleep. Other than that the only suggestion I can give you is get a body pillow. it helped wonders starting around that time.

I have taken Tylenol pm a few times but it don't help for long. I'm having to pee so much it makes it hard to sleep through the night. I'm gonna have to invest in a body pillow. Thet are awesome.
