Weird Pregnancy Symptoms (come and go)

Hello! I am experiencing something strange here...
I am 8 weeks pregnant.
I dont live with the babys father. When I am home, I have absolutely no symptoms at all, but whenever I go with him, all the symptoms come for some reason!

can anyone explain this? Share with me if you have experienced this or similar situations! also share with me your theories behind this if you have any!

sore breasts..itchy belly and back, sore lower back, cravings, nausea, fatigue...

Normally my belly only itched when I was getting stretchmarks.

It could be a mental thing. Like because your so early your mind may be creating the "symptoms" to kind of prove the pregnancy to him since he can't really see it or anything at this point.
